Students enrolled in K-8 attend the prestigious award winning districts 102-Aptakisic-T ripp and District 96 Kildeer Countryside. Kindergarten children in district 102 have the opportunity to extend to full day kindergarten at Stevenson High School. This award winning school system feeds into Stevenson High School. The United States Department of Education has described Stevenson High School as one of the most recognized and celebrated high schools in America. Stevenson is one of 17 schools in the nation to receive the USDE's New American High Schools Award, and the first public high school in the state to earn the department's Excellence in Education (Blue Ribbon Schools) Award three times. Stevenson was also the first school district to earn the Illinois State Board of Education's Excellence Award for Learning Communities.
